Nikki Haley recognizes that Russia is a problem

in Syria
U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations (UN) Nikki Haley sees that Russia is the barrier preventing the U.S. from going in and removing Syrian President Bashar al-Assad from power.
For those of you who may not remember, Assad is the fella who let his country go so that the radical Islamic terrorist group ISIS moved through Syria like a swarm of fire ants taking over large swaths of the country.
It wasn’t until after Russia intervene that Assad was able to regain control of his country.
However, Russia helping Assad to take back Syria has come at a price of the Syrian people who’ve accused Assad of using chemical weapons against them.
Assad has said he’s innocent and that the anti-Assad forces who were responsible for the Arab Spring in Syria are the ones who used chemical weapons on the Syrian people.
During an interview with CNN’s Elise Labott, Nikki Haley admitted that it’s not as easy as 1, 2, 3, to remove Assad because of their relationship with Russia.
Haley told Labott, “The United States has been very clear there is no future for Syria with Assad in power….Well, first of all, you’ve got Russia holding their hand. So it’s not as easy as saying, ‘We’re gonna go and we’re gonna take Assad out.’ You got Russia holding their hand basically allowing this to happen.”
And she’s right, Russia tends to vote “no” whenever the UN Security Council votes to bring down the hammer on Assad for killing his own people.
Also adding to this problem is President Donald Trump who doesn’t want to do anything that will fracture his “bromance” with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Trump has said many times that he “wants to get along with Russia.” I know, I know, I know that former Presidents George W. Bush and Barack Obama have also tried to be cool with Vladimir Putin. Bush Jr., famously said he looked into Putin’s eyes and saw he has a soul, and Obama had that big red reset button that never got reset.
The only difference is neither of them were being investigated for allegedly colluding with Putin to steal an election.
Plus, it doesn’t look too good for President Trump when his ambassador to the UN, who’s rumored to be the next secretary of state, recognizes what he won’t; which is there’s no getting “along with Russia” because Putin doesn’t have a soul and there’s no reset with Russia.
As for those secretary of state rumors, folks are saying that Rex Tillerson is considering retiring because dealing with the “fucking moron” raises his blood pressure.
Haley told Labott that she “would not take” the job as secretary of state. But hey, we’ll see.
